Tom’s career in financial services began in 2011, when he started a role in personal banking. Tom’s ambition then took him to business relationship management banking for corporate and commercial clients, providing lending to support his clients in growing their businesses.
His experience as a mortgage broker began at the UK’s largest property group, which gave him the skill and knowledge to develop and deliver a unique and personal service to a wide range of clients all with differing needs. In 2018 Tom decided to take a risk and created his own business ensuring that It’s foundations were built on his ethos to deliver on his client’s needs.
Tom is passionate about providing solutions for clients not only with their mortgage but also their protection needs. His clients range from first time buyers, to home movers, buy to let investors, re-mortgaging, Help To Buy, shared ownership, self-build, personal and business protection – including key persons cover.

Michelle started her career in the financial service industry back in 2008 where she started working in personal banking for a large high street bank. Due to her drive and passion to helping customers, she quickly moved into a management role for a number of years, transferring her skills and knowledge to her team. Michelle however missed the customer interaction side of the job, so joined the mortgage channel in 2013 where she conducted various roles in advice and management whilst building a wealth of knowledge and reputation for delivering outstanding service and advice to her customers.
She joined the Levels Financial Family in 2021 as she wanted to be able to offer a wider range of products and services to her customers and be with them through every step of their mortgage journey.
Michelle loves helping customers, from guiding first time buyers to help find their first home, to experienced investors looking for their next investment property or project and existing clients returning to her to discuss raising additional borrowing or securing a new competitive rate. Zoe’s career in financial services started in October 2002 when she joined a High Street Bank fresh out of college at the age of 17. She quickly moved through the ranks due to her drive and ambition into Branch Management roles and latterly Mortgage Advising after missing the customer interaction.
After the birth of Zoe’s second son, she left the security of the bank to set up as a self-employed independent Mortgage and Protection Advisor where she thrived in supporting her clients, watching them achieve their goals with her guidance and creating lasting relationships seeing many clients move their business to her at The Levels.
Zoe prides herself on providing clear, ‘jargon-free’ advice ensuring her clients receive a seamless service from initial consultation to moving into their first or next home, buying an investment property or protecting themselves and/or family’s needs.

Luke began his career in the property industry back in 2016 working for a reputable and independent estate agent. Charlie began his career in the property industry as a sales negotiator for a market leading estate agency in Taunton, where he spent 3 years building his knowledge of the industry and helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys spending time with his partner Brittany and their daughter. He is also a very keen footballer, spending what Brittany would describe as far too much time on the pitch during evenings and weekends.

Inspired by the positive experience he had when purchasing his first property, Louis was drawn to the mortgage industry and the opportunity to guide others through one of the most meaningful financial decisions they will make. He is highly competitive and goal-driven, taking pride in getting things right the first time and ensuring every detail is handled with care. His commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication underpins the service he delivers from the very first conversation through to completion.
Outside of work, Louis plays cricket for Saint Andrews Cricket Club in the West of England Premier League. When he’s not on the cricket field, you’ll often find him out on the golf course making the most of any spare time.

I joined The Levels Team in 2025 after moving back down to the South West after 13 years living in the Midlands. I’ve been in insurance since 2015 and now specialise in personal protection. My focus is on helping clients protect themselves, their families, and their financial future. I like to keep things simple and explain cover in plain English, so you know exactly what you’re getting and why it matters.
When I’m not working, I live by the sea and make the most of it especially in summer. You’ll usually find me paddleboarding or swimming with my partner Katie and we’re often accompanied by our two cocker spaniels, Harry and Ron.

Jamie is an experienced former engineer with a strong background in customer relations, where he has developed his communication skills and critical thinking abilities. He takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish, ensuring every detail is addressed along the way. His previous experience has equipped him with the skills to manage complex tasks effectively, while his communication abilities allow him to collaborate with clients and team members. He made the switch to the mortgage industry because he had a positive experience himself when buying his first property and he believes that the service from the initial contact is just as important as the final outcome and is therefore dedicated to delivering top class service every step of the way.
In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking his sausage dog, Darcy and watching football or F1.

With over five years of experience in the hospitality industry, Corey has built a solid foundation in customer service, operations, and problem-solving. After studying Business in college, Corey shifted her focus to finance where she began her journey as an Accounts Assistant Apprentice.
After transitioning into the financial sector, Corey pursued her AAT Level 2 qualification, gaining valuable insights into financial processes, attention to detail and client confidentiality. This experience deepened her passion for finance and led her to her current role as a Mortgage Administrator.

Outside of work Corey enjoys spending time with her partner James and her cocker spaniel Hugo. She also loves spending time with family and when she gets a chance, she loves to jet off to different countries whether it’s to explore new cultures or relaxing on the beach.

Helen’s career started off in the banking industry, during which time she qualified as a mortgage adviser, but after 20 years she decided a change of career path was needed.
Whilst still working in the bank and raising her three daughters she did a part time degree – “Professional Studies in Education” and began working in schools. From helping young people struggling to access mainstream education, to becoming a Pastoral Head of Year in a Secondary School.
After 16 years she returned to her roots in the financial sector and has been working as a mortgage administrator since 2015. Helen enjoys helping clients in their exciting journey to home ownership/re-financing their existing properties, drawing on her experience over the years. She prides herself in her professional attitude and will always go the extra mile.
Out of work, she enjoys sport, socialising in nice restaurants, reading, musical theatre and wherever possible, visiting her family. She is a proud Mum to 3 grown up daughters and 4 grandchildren aged between 4 and 17, all of whom live “up North” near Whitby in North Yorkshire and has an extended family as her husband has a daughter and son as well as 5 grandchildren – all who live in London, so they spend as much of their spare time as they can with them, although logistically it is difficult.

Holly obtained a Level 3 Administration Diploma back in 2018 after numerous administration roles since finishing college. She has also had experience with working in retail, bar work, care work, and sales. With this vast number of occupations, primarily customer based, she has gained masses amounts of experience and knowledge with working with clients and providing the best service she can.
Holly joined The Levels family in January 2025 as a Mortgage Administrator, after relocating from her home town in Dorset. Holly has instantly picked up the level of outstanding service we provide here at The Levels, and shows it in all her tasks she undertakes. From clear communication within the company and to the clients, to using initiative when liaising with lenders and solicitors so the clients can have the best experience they possibly can.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys going back home to visit friends and family in Wales, renovating her new home, and exploring new places to eat and drink. She also enjoys finding new and exciting places to go walking/hiking, especially if there’s a roast dinner waiting at the end!!

Before her career in estate agency, Michelle dedicated her time to raising her three children, all of whom are now adults.

I joined The Levels team in September 2025 after relocating to Somerset from Kent, where I am originally from. After graduating from the University of Bristol in summer 2024, I began my career in marketing that September, gaining experience across both B2C and B2B disciplines while working for a food supplement manufacturer. I’m passionate about combining creativity with strategy across all marketing channels, and I enjoy crafting campaigns that connect meaningfully with audiences, of which there are fortunately so many in this industry.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new restaurants and bars with my partner, Georgia, as well as following all manner of sports from football and cricket to rugby and boxing.
